A comprehensive education redevelopment project across a school site with a Grade II* listed Main Building, blending heritage sensitivity with future-ready learning environments. Spanning over ten buildings, this ongoing programme includes full refurbishment, planning applications for new blocks, and strategic project management to support long-term educational growth.

Our role encompasses the masterplanning of new teaching spaces, sports and performance facilities, and modernised communal areas – all designed to enhance the student experience while preserving the historic character of the site. Navigating the constraints of listed status and operational school hours, the programme has been phased to minimise disruption and optimise delivery.
