TTP Chinese Restaurant is 7,000 square feet, making it the largest restaurant of its kind in London. This project showcases our expertise in large-scale restaurant architectural and interior design in London. We aim to deliver a very high-capacity hospitality space without compromising on atmosphere or attention to detail.
The design blends traditional Chinese architectural influences with contemporary simplicity. Its expansive footprint allows for a variety of dining environments. Private rooms were designed for intimate gatherings, integrated with karaoke machines. Large banquet-style seating was created to support large events, as well as open plan dining that accommodates larger groups and restaurant service.
Intricate decorative elements inspired by traditional Chinese architecture and natural materials are balanced with clean lines and a modern aesthetic. A show kitchen introduces theatre and transparency, allowing guests to observe key dishes being prepared, while the bar area provides a relaxed setting for customers to enjoy a drink and take in the atmosphere.
Given the scale of the restaurant, great care has been taken to carefully design a space that supports the operations within a very high-capacity restaurant. In its planning stages, we secured planning permission for an outward-exhausting ventilation system, which was a complex process. Consideration has been given to ensuring efficient flow between the kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces.
Planning is now complete, with construction pending, but this project promises to be one of the most ambitious schemes on our portfolio to date.
